How can I pay if I don't have Paypal?
You can pay us by cheque (made to IT Solutions), via Mobile Money Guyana (MMG# 6186421) or via Bank Deposit (GBTI).
How will I receive my sales receipt?
You will receive your receipt online via Email or you can visit our Bloomfield office to uplift a hard copy.
How long will it take to be able to access my website?
When you purchase a hosting plan and domain name, you will receive you login credentials immediately upon payment. Domain name usually take up-to 48 hours to propagate. Once the domain name is propagated, you can access your cPanel and work on your website.
Can I purchase a Guyanese (.gy) domain Name?
Yes. You can purchase a .gy TLD name from us. However, you have to order this separately from your hosting plan.
Can I purchase hosting and domain name if I am outside Guyana?
Yes. gyHosting provides hosting to anyone from anywhere.
